World Title, Flyweight Tournament and former champs: BRAVE CF 35 Brazil full fight card released

BRAVE Combat Federation, the fastest-growing Mixed Martial Arts promotion in the world returns to Brazil, considered the organization’s “second home”, in March, with BRAVE CF 35, taking place in the city of Balneário Camboriú. To its fifth visit to the country, BRAVE CF prepared one of the biggest cards in its history, filled with important bouts, from a title fight, to former champions returning, and the prestigious Flyweight World Title Tournament.
In the main event of the evening, Lightweight world champion Cleiton “Predator” Silva will put his title on the line against the dangerous Swedish Guram Kutateladze, who’s in his best shape ever and is coming off eight consecutive wins -- the most recent of them against Brazil’s Felipe Silva in 2019. Predator quickly became a fan favorite at BRAVE CF for his aggressive style and finishing skills. Last August, the Brazilian captured the Lightweight World Title after a first-round submission against his fellow countryman Luan “Miau” Santiago.
Speaking of Santiago, the CM System striking artist will also be part of the stellar card, alongside another former Lightweight champion, and his rival inside the BRAVE CF cage, Lucas “Mineiro” Martins. Luan Santiago will face Belgium’s Issei Isakov while “Mineiro”, returning to the Lightweight division after challenging the Featherweight Title in 2019, takes on Russia’s Abdul-Rakhman Makhazhiev.
The co-main event of the evening will bring one of the biggest stars of Balneário Camboriú to the cage, with Leonardo “Macarrão” Mafra fighting again in his hometown after six years. Mafra’s opponent will be the former world-title challenger Carl “The Bomber” Booth in a Super Lightweight contest.
BRAVE CF 35 fight card will also feature the two first matches of the prestigious BRAVE CF Flyweight World Title Tournament. Both bouts will pitch against each other some of the biggest names worldwide in the Flyweight division, with Marcel Adur facing Malcom “X” Gordon and Jose “Shorty” Torres against Matheus Nicolau. The winners will meet in the upcoming semifinals.
