BRAVE Combat Federation will return to Slovenia tonight with BRAVE CF 88, featuring a fight card packed with top Slovenian MMA talent.
Ever since its debut in Slovenia in 2020, BRAVE Combat Federation has played a key role in providing a global platform for Slovenian fighters to showcase their skills.
The organization has successfully elevated athletes like Monika Ku?ini?, Miha Frlic, Luka Podkrajšek, Haris Aksalic, and David Forster to international recognition, and the upcoming event will continue this trend.
Slovenian professional MMA stars Monika Ku?ini?, Luka Podkrajšek, Miha Frlic, and Domen Drnovšek will be in action at the event, alongside amateur standouts Kirill Negru and Tilen Bregant, making BRAVE CF 88 a true celebration of Slovenian MMA.
Monika Ku?ini? is on her way to becoming Europe’s top Strawweight, while Luka Podkrajšek and Miha Frlic aim to solidify their positions in the Heavyweight division, which will see the crowning of an inaugural champion at BRAVE CF 88. Domen Drnovšek, following his impressive win at BRAVE CF 81, seeks to further prove his place in MMA. Meanwhile, Negru and Bregant will face off to determine the top amateur Welterweight prospect in Slovenia.
David Forster and Haris Aksalic also gained instant popularity with their performances in the BRAVE CF cage, securing a global fanbase. The rise of these fighters highlights BRAVE Combat Federation’s success as the leading MMA development program in Slovenia.
Additionally, for the past four years, in collaboration with WFC and the Slovenian MMA Federation, BRAVE CF has supported the growth of MMA at the grassroots level. This effort has led to a 25% increase in gyms offering MMA classes over the past year alone, showcasing the sport's rapid rise in popularity.
BRAVE CF 88, the organization’s fourth event in Slovenia, promises to be a historic occasion for the sport in the country. With two title fights headlining the card, it will be one of the biggest MMA events in European history, further establishing Slovenia as a top destination for MMA in the region.
