KHK MMA standout Abbas Khan to make professional debut at BRAVE CF 44
Lightweight prospect Abbas Khan has been flying the flag of KHK MMA to the highest stages in amateur MMA and will look to have the same success as he begins his professional career. Khan is set to take on Yann Liasse at BRAVE CF 44 in his first pro bout after a stellar amateur career.
Khan started out with boxing training, and still counts some of the best boxers in the world as some of his idols, such as Amir Khan, Floyd Mayweather, Guillermo Rigondeaux, and Manny Pacquiao. Before moving to Bahrain to transition to mixed martial arts in 2014, he made the National Team in his native Pakistan.
Under KHK MMA and training with Bahraini superstar Hamza Kooheji, Abbas Khan has developed into one of the best amateurs in the world and has been able to achieve several feats, such as the 2018 African Amateur Championship gold medal, as well as the 2017 & 2019 Asian Amateur Championship bronze medals.
Now, he prepares to be the latest product of KHK MMA to make waves at BRAVE CF. He will face a tough and undefeated opponent upon arrival to the professional scene. Yann Liasse has three victories in as many professional bouts and also has vast experience in the amateur circuit.
Yann will also be making history at BRAVE CF as the first-ever fighter from Luxembourg to feature in the fastest-growing MMA organization in the world.
BRAVE CF 44 takes place once again in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is set to be headlined by a thunderous Lightweight world championship fight, with reigning titleholder Cleiton ‘’Predator’’ Silva taking on Amin Ayoub.
