Jose Torres hits back at Nkosi Ndebele for calling him a fake champion ahead of BRAVE CF 80

In the final main event of the year for BRAVE Combat Federation, Jose Torres will defend his BRAVE CF bantamweight championship against Nkosi Ndebele. The matchup comes just four months after BRAVE CF 73, where Torres defeated Ndebele via split decision to become the new king of the weight division.
Now, though, at BRAVE CF 80, Nkosi will get his chance to avenge that loss and finally hold the gold for himself. Ever since their incredibly competitive first fight, Ndebele has made it crystal clear that he believes he should’ve walked out of Bogota, Colombia carrying the belt.
Instead, Torres had that honour, leading the fallen contender to claim that Jose is a fake champion. In response, “Shorty” has had the following to say as we continue the countdown to fight night.
"I find it disrespectful that he called me a fake champion. But, I understand that people will be mad that they worked so hard and got so close to their goal and couldn't achieve it. The only problem is that it's not my fault. It's not his coach's fault, it's not the judges' fault, it's not anyone's fault besides your own."
"Don't be mad at me, I did my job. I still get to walk around with the belt whether you call me a fake champion or not. He is lucky that he got a second chance."
The two will meet once again in the Kingdom of Bahrain on December 15th at BRAVE CF 80, with the big question being whether or not Ndebele can do something drastic in order to change the result.
Either way, this is a grudge match you won’t want to miss on Friday night.
