Slovenian standout Miha Frlic and Polish powerhouse Patryk Dubiela are set to collide in a pivotal heavyweight showdown at BRAVE CF 102, a clash that could determine the next challenger to BRAVE CF Heavyweight World Champion Pavel “The Experiment” Dailidko.
The blockbuster matchup will headline BRAVE Combat Federation’s return to Slovenia in partnership with World Freefight Challenge (WFC), taking place on Sunday, November 23, at Hala Tivoli in Ljubljana. It marks the promotion’s sixth trip to the nation and promises a night of action befitting its passionate fanbase.
“This main event is everything a BRAVE CF card should be about — national pride, international rivalry, and world-class talent on display,” said BRAVE CF President Mohammed Shahid. “We are thrilled to return to Slovenia, a country that has embraced BRAVE CF like no other, and to deliver a marquee heavyweight clash worthy of this great stage.”
Frlic brings an unbeaten professional record of 5-0-1 into the contest and has quickly established himself as one of Europe’s must-see heavyweights.
Known for his knockout power and relentless pace, Frlic has already made waves inside the BRAVE CF cage. His spectacular stoppage of Shah Kamali at BRAVE CF 96 this past June — already being touted as a 2025 Fight of the Year candidate — underscored his potential to rise as Slovenia’s breakout MMA star.
A victory in front of his home crowd at BRAVE CF 102 could propel Frlic into history as the first Slovenian mixed martial artist to earn a crack at BRAVE CF gold.
Standing across from him is Dubiela (6-3), a dangerous finisher from Poland with a well-rounded arsenal. He has secured two wins by knockout and two via submission in his career, highlighted by a blistering 48-second knockout of Kasim Aras at BRAVE CF 81 in April 2024.
That performance catapulted him into a World Title clash with Dailidko later that year, and now the Zenith Vera Fight Club member seeks redemption with another golden opportunity on the horizon.
“Miha Frlic is carrying the hopes of Slovenia, while Patryk Dubiela is determined to reclaim his shot at glory,” Shahid added. “It’s the perfect storm for an unforgettable night of MMA.”
With both men just one step away from a potential shot at Dailidko’s throne, BRAVE CF 102 is poised to shape the immediate future of the heavyweight division. Fans can expect nothing short of fireworks when two of Europe’s finest collide in Ljubljana.
Stay tuned for additional bout announcements and event details in the coming weeks as the world’s fastest-growing and most global MMA organization prepares to once again showcase the sport’s very best.
