European superstar Erko Jun seeks the only thing missing from his legacy: the BRAVE CF world title

European superstar Erko Jun is gearing up for the biggest fight of his MMA career as he takes on Alexander Wesner in the BRAVE CF 88 main event, on September 28. Beyond etching his name into the history books, for Erko, the fight will be about achieving the only thing missing from his legacy: an MMA world title.
From spending time in refugee camps as a kid to becoming the biggest MMA star in Europe, the journey of Erko Jun has been nothing short of extraordinary. During his journey, along with building his name in the MMA circuit, Erko has donned multiple other roles.
He is a bodybuilding champion, fitness model and social media star with multiple endorsement deals. Erko has more than five million combined followers on Facebook and Instagram and his entertaining skits have gained millions of impressions across the world, in turn, establishing his personal brand and making him one of the wealthiest MMA fighters on the continent.
Although Erko has all the luxuries in his life including his beautiful family, the Bosnian is still out searching for the one missing piece in the puzzle: a BRAVE CF world title.
His journey towards this goal started back at BRAVE CF 70 last year when he took on Marko Drmonjic in his BRAVE CF debut. Erko only required under three minutes to end the fight and announced his arrival to BRAVE CF in style. The Bosnian followed this up with another first-round knockout win in the regional circuit before returning to BRAVE CF at BRAVE CF 81.
This time around, Erko was met with one of the biggest challenges of his MMA career as he was pitted against former BRAVE CF Light Heavyweight title challenger and Arab MMA legend Mohamed Said Maalem. Much to the surprise of many, Erko made quick work of Said Maalem as well, finishing the fight in the first round and securing his Light Heavyweight title shot.
Now, in his third consecutive main event at BRAVE Combat Federation, Erko will face German knockout artist and regional MMA champion Alexander Wesner, who is on a five-fight winning streak. If Erko wins this fight and secures the Light Heavyweight title, he will fulfil his greatest dream and secure his place in history.
BRAVE CF 88 takes place on September 28, in association with WFC, marking BRAVE CF’s second event in Slovenia this year, following BRAVE CF 81.
