The official weigh-ins for BRAVE CF 100 took place on Thursday, November 6, setting the stage for a historic night of fights in Bahrain - but not without a major shake-up to the championship fights lineup.

Reigning BRAVE CF Bantamweight Champion Borislav Nikoli? hit the scale at 61 kilograms, looking composed and focused ahead of his first title defense. His challenger, Bahrain’s own Hamza Kooheji, came in slightly heavier at 61.2 kilograms, making their bout official. The champion-versus-contender showdown is locked in, with both men appearing dialed in for what promises to be a fiery main event clash.

In the co-main event, Muhammad Mokaev and Gerard Burns successfully made weight for their bout for the vacant BRAVE CF Flyweight World Championship. Mokaev weighed 56.3 kilograms, while Burns registered 56.6 kilograms, confirming that their long-anticipated title fight will proceed as planned. With gold on the line and pride at stake, this matchup pits one of MMA’s brightest rising stars against one of Europe’s most dangerous finishers.

The drama unfolded when Mohammad Fakhreddine, who was attempting to make history as BRAVE Combat Federation’s first-ever three-division world champion, failed to appear for weigh-ins due to medical restrictions. His opponent, Alex Lohoré, hit his mark comfortably at 78.8 kilograms and was ready to compete. However, after Fakhreddine was officially ruled out, Lohoré declined a replacement opponent offer, leading to the cancellation of the interim title fight altogether.

Outside of the title fights, all but one athlete on the BRAVE CF 100 card successfully made weight, underlining the professionalism and preparation surrounding this milestone event. The lone exception came from Bahatebole Batebolati, who missed the mark on the scales. As a result, Batebolati’s bout against Rasul Magomedov was adjusted to a catchweight contest, ensuring both fighters could still compete.

Batebolati also forfeited a percentage of his fight purse to his opponent due to the situation. Despite that minor hiccup, the rest of the roster came in sharp and ready, signaling that Friday night’s action will be a showcase of global talent - from seasoned contenders to surging prospects representing BRAVE Combat Federation’s stacked lineup.

As a result, the BRAVE CF 100 card will now feature eight bouts, including two electrifying championship fights that could reshape the landscape of global mixed martial arts.

With the weigh-ins wrapped, all that remains before fight night are the final face-offs, set to take place later this evening at Khalifa Sports City. It will be the fighters’ first glimpse of the arena where their legacies will be tested, as well as their last chance to stare down their opponents before the cage door closes.
