BRAVE Combat Federation is set to further solidify its status as the most global MMA organization in the world by making its debut in Bulgaria with an event in Burgas on August 24. Bulgaria will join Slovenia, the Netherlands, Croatia, France, and Germany as BRAVE CF's European homes in 2024.
The announcement comes on the back of BRAVE CF President Mohammed Shahid’s recent visit to Burgas at the invitation of Mayor Dimitar Nikolov.
Burgas has been on the combat sports map for some time through K1 events and by hosting the first-ever BRAVE CF event in Bulgaria, the city is primed to gain the global MMA spotlight, in turn, signaling the start of a new chapter in the history of sports development for the city and the nation.
Under the guidance of His Highness Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa, BRAVE CF has already left its mark on European MMA by hosting events in 13 European nations. With upcoming events in the Netherlands on May 25, Croatia on September 28, and the newly unveiled event in Bulgaria, BRAVE CF is set to extend its reach to 16 countries across the European continent, a milestone unmatched by any other MMA organization worldwide.
Additionally, the event announced for Bulgaria will take the total number of BRAVE CF events for 2024 to ten with seven events happening on European soil as part of the 2024 European Tour.
BRAVE Combat Federation kickstarted the year on a high note with a return to Slovenia on April 20 with BRAVE CF 81 and the organization will follow this up with a debut event in Mauritius on May 11, marking the return of BRAVE CF to Africa which is another continent where the impact of BRAVE Combat Federation has been making waves.
