Born in the Kingdom of Bahrain, BRAVE Combat Federation prides itself on providing an elite platform for athletes in the MENA region. While the most-global MMA brand has traveled the world visiting 28 nations and crowning 22 champions from different continents and regions, BRAVE CF also places a strong emphasis on uplifting Arab athletes, too, and the proof is in the pudding, with seven of those 22 champions being of Arabic descent.
This month, at Kombat Kingdom, BRAVE CF returns to Riffa, Bahrain, with two blockbuster shows at BRAVE CF 71 (June 19) and 72 (June 24), making it the promotion’s 25th and 26th event, respectively, in the Middle East, reinforcing the commitment to growing the MENA mixed martial arts scene. Coupled with that, BRAVE CF is excited to showcase its talent from the Arabic world, with thirteen Arabic fighters on display at Kombat Kingdom.
On BRAVE CF 71’s eight-fight card, seven Arabic fighters will be on show, with four making their promotional debuts: Palestine’s Omar Hussein, Tunisia’s Oussema Zeidi, Morocco’s Abderraham Errachidy, and Lebanon’s Elias Farah.
Returning to the hallowed BRAVE CF canvas will be Egypt’s Olympic wrestler Mahmoud Sebie, countryman Maysara Mohamed, and Bahrain’s very own Abdulla Al-Yaqoob.
In the Super Lightweight division, Hussein takes on Pakistan’s Abbas Khan, Zeidi faces Sebie, while Farah throws down with Turkey's Khamzat Maaev.
In the Lightweight division, Errachidy meets fellow BRAVE CF debutant Bahrain's Ramazin Gitinov.
In the Flyweight division, Mohamed will battle with the Philippine’s Ruel Panales shortly after Al-Yaqoob faces Panale’s compatriot Kenneth Maningat in a Bantamweight match-up that will open the BRAVE CF 71 card.
In the final installment of this year’s Kombat Kingdom series - BRAVE CF 72 will host six Arabic athletes. Algeria’s Rayan Atmani, Bahrain’s Mohammed Alsameea, and Egypt’s Mohamed Hisham Baraka, Noor El-Islam, and Ibrahim Hassan will make promotional debuts. One of BRAVE CF’s most exciting stars, Algerian-born Yanis Ghemmouri, returns to the BRAVE CF cage for the third time.
Atmani faces DRC’s Eliezer Kubanza in a Super Welterweight bout, Baraka takes on Bahrain’s Rasul Magomedov in a Light Heavyweight bout, and Lightweight El-Islam squares off with Iran’s Mohsen Mohammadseifi.
Flyweights Alsameea and Hassan will open the BRAVE CF 72 preliminary card before Ghemmouri competes on the main card, where he faces Pakistan’s Mehmosh Raza in a bout that promises to be a highly-entertaining Featherweight bout.
