After record-breaking events in 2024, the most global MMA organization in the world, BRAVE Combat Federation, is scheduled to return to Slovenia on June 7. Held in association with the leading local promotion WFC, the upcoming event will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and will feature a stacked fight card for fans which will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Over the last four years, BRAVE Combat Federation, together with WFC, has elevated MMA to national sports status in Slovenia. In 2024, BRAVE CF and WFC held two events in the country, both of which were sold out. The second event, BRAVE CF 88, set new benchmarks for MMA events in Europe, crowning two new world champions—Erko Jun, who captured the Light Heavyweight title, and Pavel Dailidko, who won the Heavyweight title.

Along with highlighting BRAVE CF’s continued commitment to MMA in Slovenia, the upcoming event will also underline BRAVE CF’s vision for European MMA as a whole.

BRAVE CF is currently the most hosted MMA organization in Europe, having held events in 16 European nations. So far, BRAVE CF has hosted events in Northern Ireland, England, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Russia, Belarus, Italy, Poland, Serbia, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, and Austria, with Slovenia emerging as one of its biggest success stories on the continent.

Not only has BRAVE CF provided Slovenian fighters such as Monika Ku?ini?, Luka Podkrajšek, Miha Frlic, and Domen Drnovšek with opportunities to rise as international stars, but its influence has also resonated across Europe, with fighters like Erko Jun and Pavel Dailidko benefiting from BRAVE CF’s events in Slovenia.

The upcoming event in June is set to raise the bar even higher, with major fights expected to be announced in the coming days. Held as part of BRAVE Combat Federation’s “Year of the BRAVE,” the event will once again showcase Slovenia as a premier destination for MMA.
