BRAVE Combat Federation will return for the fifth time to Brazil for a blockbuster card with the best fighters in the world descending upon the home of MMA for an unforgettable night of fights on March 28th, in Balneário Camboriú. The two main stars of the show will be Lightweight world champion Cleiton "Predator" and challenger Guram Kutateladze.
The fastest-growing organization in the world has released the official poster for the premier fight of the evening, featuring its two big stars clashing heads as they prepare for the biggest fight of their lives. Nicknamed as "The Georgian Viking", Sweden's Guram Kutateladze will have the chance to become the second-ever European BRAVE CF champion of the world, after France's Abdoul Abdouraguimov at Welterweight.
He has already beaten two Brazilian fighters on his way to a title shot. He made his BRAVE CF debut against Erick "Indio Brabo" da Silva, and then became the number one contender with a stunning knockout of Felipe Silva at BRAVE CF 29, which took place in Isa Town, Bahrain, last November.
In order to make history, however, Guram will have to face off against the biggest opponent of his career. At 1,90m tall (6'2''), the defending champion has run through his competition, with three stoppages in as many fights for BRAVE CF.
His crowning moment came in August of last year, on the organization's last event in Brazil, when he surprised then-champion Luan "Miau" Santiago and finished him off with a rear-naked choke submission to become the new titleholder.
