BRAVE CF 94 Weigh-In Results: Main Event Official, Three Fighters Miss Weight Ahead of Swiss Debut

The official weigh-ins for BRAVE CF 94 took place Friday in Geneva, Switzerland, ahead of the promotion’s historic debut in the country on Saturday, May 17. The event will be headlined by a BRAVE CF Heavyweight World Championship clash between reigning champion Pavel Dailidko and undefeated American grappler Odie Delaney.
Both men successfully made weight well within the championship limit of 120.2kg, with Dailidko coming in at 111.0kg, while Delaney tipped the scale at 114.0kg, making the heavyweight title bout official.
In the co-main event, France’s Damien Lapilus initially missed the featherweight limit (66.2kg), weighing 67.7kg on his first attempt. However, he successfully made 67.5kg on his second attempt with the allowed grace time. His opponent, Brazil’s Victor Hugo, made weight cleanly at 67.6kg, and the bout will proceed as a featherweight contest.
The most notable weight miss came from Muay Thai legend Youssef Boughanem, who came in at 73.2kg, exceeding the 72kg catchweight limit for his bout against Greece’s Dimitris Moirotsos. Boughanem did attempt a second weigh-in but was missed due to given time and will forfeit a portion of his purse to Moirotsos. Similarly, Kevin Ruart came in slightly over the 77kg catchweight limit at 77.1kg, while his opponent Ahmad Labban made weight at exactly 77.0kg.
All other fighters, including Magomed-Emin Dadaev, Mansur Abdurzakov, Alex Lohoré, and Tornike Gigauri, successfully made weight for their respective bouts.
BRAVE CF 94 marks the organization’s 36th country visited and Switzerland’s first time hosting a BRAVE CF event. The fight night, held in association with Warriors Night Championship (WNC), promises explosive action featuring athletes from 14 nations, as part of the “Year of the BRAVE” campaign.
