BRAVE Combat Federation once again cemented its position as the industry leader in European MMA as the organization hosted BRAVE CF 90 on November 23 at the Multiversum Schwechat in Vienna, making Austria the 16th European host nation for the organization, extending its world record.
Held in association with the leading local promotion Sparta CF, BRAVE CF 90 went down into the books as the biggest event in Austrian MMA history and further highlighted how BRAVE Combat Federation’s vision can elevate the sport of MMA across the globe.
BRAVE Combat Federation’s debut in Austria followed the organization’s events in Northern Ireland, England, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Russia, Belarus, Italy, Poland, Serbia, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Bulgaria in Europe.
Across these nations, BRAVE CF has managed to create not only a sports structure but also an economic framework through which European MMA has thrived. Countries like Slovenia and Serbia have witnessed the rise of MMA as a national sport and at BRAVE CF 90, Austria showcased its potential to become the next major powerhouse in MMA, benefiting from BRAVE CF’s entry into a market that remains largely untapped by most MMA organizations.
While the action inside the cage thrilled fans, big names in the MMA world attended the event. Austrian superstar and BRAVE CF alumnus Ismail Naurdiev was among the crowd, alongside Islam Dulatov, who also gained recognition through BRAVE Combat Federation. Serbian star Aleksandar Rakic was present as well, further highlighting the global focus on Austria during BRAVE CF 90.
With the debut BRAVE CF event in the books, Austria's MMA circuit is primed for huge growth, positioning the country as a rising hub for the sport in Europe.
Beyond its impact in Europe, BRAVE Combat Federation has been focused on bringing a new era for MMA globally. Since its inception, the organization has hosted events in 35 nations, a record unmatched by any other MMA organization. Next, BRAVE CF returns to its home base in the Kingdom of Bahrain for BRAVE CF 91 on December 13, headlined by the Bantamweight title fight between Nkosi Ndebele and Nicholas Hwende.
