BRAVE CF 46: blockbuster card for Russia debut gets two major additions

BRAVE Combat Federation’s first-ever show in Russia just received huge additions. Kyrgyz superstar Abdisalam Kubanychbek is set to return to action as he faces dangerous newcomer Jahongir Saidjalamov in a main card bout at BRAVE CF 46, set for Sochi, on January 16th. Another bout confirmed for the historical event is the return of KO machine Akhmed Shervaniev - fresh off an impressive stoppage over Arman Popal, he will face off against Ramazan Sulebanov.

Kubanychbek has impressed in both of his BRAVE CF outings, turning himself into a hero in his native Kyrgyzstan in the process. ‘’Omok’’ knocked out both Joao Paulo Rodrigues and Bagif Askerov in stunning fashion, showcasing his hand-speed and heavy strikes in both occasions.

He will welcome a vicious young athlete in Saidjalamov. Hailing from Tajikistan and training in Russia, Jahongir has developed a fearsome reputation, aided by his highly-respectable 14-4 record and six-fight win streak.

On the same night that Abdisalam will look for win number three as a BRAVE CF fighter, Akhmed Shervaniev will try to achieve the same landmark.

Coming off victories over Arturo Chavez and Arman Popal, Shervaniev takes on Sulebanov, who will look to get a winning debut and add to his already impressive resume - Ramazan is undefeated as a professional and has six wins in as many bouts.

For Shervaniev, a win will definitely put him on the way to a title shot as he eyes a meeting down the road with recently crowned world champ Amin Ayoub.

BRAVE CF 46 takes place at the WOW Arena, in Sochi, Russia, on January 16th. The blockbuster event will happen in association with Krepost Selection and will be headlined by an immense title fight between defending Super Lightweight world champion Eldar Eldarov and number one contender Leonardo Mafra. Russia will become the 21st country to welcome BRAVE Combat Federation, as the promotion gears up for a huge 2021.
