Premiering at EPIX Cinemas, at Dana Mall, on December 10, Tuesday, this red-carpet, invite-only event will give guests a first glimpse into the life of Hamza Kooheji. Following its exclusive debut, the documentary will open to the public on the 16th of December, offering fans across Bahrain the chance to witness the story of a national icon.
Throughout Hamza Kooheji: The Untold Story, audiences will explore the influences and experiences that shaped Hamza's passion for MMA. The film highlights the challenges he faced, the sacrifices he made, and the sheer determination that drove him to international success.
“You'll witness the story of Hamza's character outside the ring—a glimpse into the man behind the fighter,” said director Ahmed Bucheery, promising an inspiring and deeply personal narrative.
BRAVE CF President Mohammed Shahid emphasized the significance of Kooheji's journey, stating, "Hamza's story embodies the spirit of BRAVE CF and Bahraini MMA. This documentary is a testament to his dedication and the growth of MMA in the region."
The timing of the documentary’s release is especially significant, as Hamza Kooheji prepares to return to the cage on December 13 at BRAVE CF 91. In the co-main event of the evening, he will face Alperen Karabulut from Turkey in what promises to be another thrilling chapter in Hamza’s storied career.
